HELP ME FIND THESE SHOES!

I am looking for a discontinued style of bridal shoes. They are called "Love Song" by Kenneth Cole, in ivory. I will fit a size 6-7. If you have a pair, I will negotiate an excellent price for them. Used shoes welcome! Please help me find them by May! Thanks!
