Vegetarian Wedding

I am planning on having an all vegetarian wedding. I have been to several that have had excellent food. However, my caterer is not very creative and is not suggesting any ideas. There will be about 200 guests, and the caterer wants to have it buffet style. Does anyone have any good entree suggestions?

I would suggest looking under vegitarian receipes either on the net or the library/bookstore. What about going to a vegitarian restaurant and sampling some of their recipes?
