Advice Quickly

I know this is the third message I have posted but I need some advice quick.

My fiance is all the time comparing my cooking to what he has had over the period of time he was in the army and at other peoples houses. I got so fed up with it that I basically told him that if he didn`t like my cooking he could eat somewhere else from now on. Now he won`t even talk to me, and when he left for work he didn`t even bother to kiss or hug me, I would like to know how to make it up to him or how to say I am sorry. The Teddy Bear Didn`t work at all.
