Newman Decor, Inc.

I recently purchased a lovely Newman Decor, Inc. "airbrushed?" picture from a thrift store for $9.00. It is all done in tones of brown and grey, and is signed "Harris" and dated 1939. I am very interested in finding out anything about the artist, the company he worked for and any value it might have. However I am not interested in parting with it. It is framed in a dark grey wood frame that could easily date to the 30`s or 40`s. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks, Carol
