I`ve a problem I need help you see the groom wants his step-brother at our wedding and his brother can`t attend without bringing his daughter Groom`s niece and if he brings her that might start everyone bringing their kids and we don`t really want kids.

How do we express the way we feel without hurting anyone`s feelings?

Just say its an adults only occasion. People likely will take some offense, there is no way around that. But its your wedding, you are presumably spending quite a bit of money to have this wedding, and you are entitled to make the rules.
