Tarot Card Reader Or Palm Reader For Sweet 16

Hey i need help! i need to find a tarot card reader or a palm reader by may 13th 2004. Its for my sweet 16 and im havin a real problem trying to get a theme thats not gonna be expensive but its gonna be a blast. Like beach party themes are so OLD like i had one of those in 8th grade im known for my partys and i have some ideas for games but PLEASE i need help! and i need a palm reader or sumthing along those lines that are sumwere in pennsylavnia! like in the pittsburgh area!
