Payin The Preacher

I was wondering if there was any standard for paying a preacher. He does not have any fees since my fincee is a member of the church but, we want to give him something money wise. Anyone know of an amount that is supposed to be given. We are paying 300.00 the church that goes for the wedding cord., sound man, janitor. None goes to him.

Either give him some cash as a gift, or buy him a present. I`m sure he would appreciate it.

I was in the same situation when I got married, I did not know how much to give to our Pastor. I asked the church event coordinator what is typically given to the Pastor and was told $75-$100.
