Wedding Colors???

I am having a january wedding and was thinking of silver and maroon. The bridesmaids dress will be silver, and they will hold red/marron roses. What are our thoughts?

What about silver/grey gowns for the bridesmaids? And they can carry red roses. That would look beautiful.
