Nova Scotia Wedding

Alright...I need some help!
I have been reading all of the postings and they have given me a place to start, but I could you all the help that anyone is willing to give me! I am from Alberta and my fiance is from Cape Breton. We looked into Dundee Resort, but it will not hold enough people and it is fairly expensive. We are now looking into a wedding in Halifax. I don`t even know where to start...
We want an outside wedding (and there will probably be over 200 guests). Who should I contact about renting chairs, archways,etc? Is 200 unreasonable for an outside wedding???
We are also looking for a decently priced location for our reception. Someone mentioned something about the Royal Canadian Legion. Can anyone tell me anything about that? I look forward to hearing from someone! Thanks for the help!
