13 Party Help Please?

Hey ya`ll! I definatly need sum help planning my 13th b-day! I have absoloutly no ideas. My mum won`t let me invite boys, (way so out of the question)so it`ll be around 10 gals. My mum is also really tight on da money, so we don`t have too high of a budget. (myb like 200 doll-as: 100 for food/prty favors and 100 for da party) So, if ya`ll could give me a sum ideas, it`d be mucho appreciated! Thnx ya`ll!

Suggestions:
You could go to a Grocery Store or a Restuarant and have them cater your food for your party. Tell them what your budget is for food and the number of people you are inviting.
For your Entertainment, you can rent a D.J. Electronic Sound System from a Music Store for about $150.00 for a night. Tell your invited guests to bring their own C.D. Music and yours. Play the C.D.s on the D.J. And have a Birthday party in your own home. Probably your parents have to sign to rent the D.J. System. For your budget of $200.00 it would be a simple party.
