Speech

I need help with a speech .I know peolpe say you have to talk from the heart but really hard.Can anybody please help me or give me example of speech what can help me out thanks

I was thinking of this:

Hoy hace 15 anos dios me dio la vida,
Que vida tan bonita,
Hoy hace 15 anos mi padres me dieron vida,
Que padres tan bonitos,
Hoy hace 15 anos sonaba en este dia,
Que dia tan bonito.
I didnt know what else to write but its a start right.
