Donnie,

Stop being such a wuss. Get a roll of quarters, put it in the palm of your hand, make a fist, and knock this bully out.

No one will have to know about the roll of quarters. But it will provide the impact of hitting someone with brass knuckles.

When everyone sees you knock him out they will all respect you and he will fear you.

Come up with ways to make fun of him back that are better then his... The last thing a bully wants is to be shot down by his "victim" if you come up with some good funny insults that everybody will laugh at him for you will quickly gain respect and everytime you shoot him down with your insults and make him look worse he won`t want to do it anymore
