Prom Advice

I am in charge of our schools prom comity, the problem is that we are a small POOR midwest school. As of right now we have 450$ to through the prom. Our theam is Magical Dreams, I need help to think of ways to cut corners and make this as cheap as possible.

I think I would use tin foil, lots of cardboard boxes, glitter and construction paper. Make Stars, and streamers and etc. Be creative. You can do anything with just a little money if you really put your mind to it. If you need more help just let me know.
