I Really Need A Free Makeover

I am 23 years old and have been engaged for 5 years to my fiance of 6 years. I work part time at a grocery store, and am a full time college student for years. I really don`t have time to do my hair, makeup, and clothes the way I should, and I would really like to have a change to make him actually notice me and say more than Who Are You Dressed Up For. The only thing I do not want to go through again is coloring my hair, it goes bad and looks terrible. Perms do go either, they never work. I would like to make his eyes pop and him to actually not mind holding me close in any store that we go to.
