Confirmation Dresses

Hi. I`m not sure if I`m using this site correctly, or if there is already another thread like this, so I appologize is there is.

My name is Nicole, I`m 13, and next month I`m getting my confirmation. I need a dress thats about knee legnth, that shoud be a light color (pink, whit, or blue.) Any ways, I`ve tried JC Penny, Bloomingdales, Maceys, and Norstroms, and I still haven`t been able to find anything. I`m pretty small, so I can barelly fit into a Petit size 0. Any ideas?
