You dont need to have a huge blow out quince yuo can just have close friends and family members in a small salon and if u dont have money for a dress you can rent one! yes you should tell your mom how you fell my family is pretty broke now too but i am lucky enough that my grandfather left a message to all my moms side of the family that since i was the only girl and still am they had to pitch in.
