Hey People I am gunna have a sweet 16 and i need help! i need to know what the andle ceromony is for and where to get a dress and stuff i live in LA i need help any help!

Well for the dress, i got mine for pretty cheap at JUNE*S it`s located at the northridge fashion center (aka the mall) in northridge , california
