Deep Red Bridesmaid Dress, Mom Wearing Green?

Has your mother considered silver? Deep red and silver would be striking. Plus, I`ve seen some fabulous dresses that would be appropriate for MOB`s in silver-- they are over-the-top sensational.

I agree taht silver would be great! I`ve also seem some go the non-traditional way on the colors and use red with black. Mostly works if it is an evening wedding. Up to you. Gold might work too, although I`m no a big fan of it. But I`m thinking that any of these colors would look much more elegant than green.

Honestly, if you like the color combo, do whatever you want. I am also having a deep red wedding... But I`m incorporating bits of green and black into it. I love the hunter green, but it`s such a hard color to find in bridesmaid dresses... So I`m going with a sage green for the 3 bridesmaids and a deep red dress that has the same dress detailing as my dress. Do whatever you want! Don`t worry about what your guests think, because they won`t be chatting about your colors the next day if your wedding has them crying! Good luck!
