2nd Wedding Advice On How To Plan

I need an inexpensive ideal or way to get married for the 2nd time. We are planning on going to Florida for a Honeymoon but my fiancee wants to go to a justice of piece before then since we have both been through a church wedding in our past. But my only problem with that is that I won`t have anything to show for memories that we did it. Please help! Is there anyone out there that has an inexpensive way to do this and still show memories for the future?
