Spring/Summer Wedding Centerpieces And Decor

I am having an outside wedding and an inside reception. I am on a very tight budget, so I wanted to hear about ideas from others with regards to decorations/centerpieces for a spring/summer wedding. I would like a lot of color (just a whole bunch of wildflowers and such) and thought about doing potted plants as centerpieces and incorporating candles somehow or battery operated lights. OR maybe putting potted plants down the aisle and later using them as favors. I don`t know.. I NEED HELP :-)
