Rat Pack Dinner Party

Hi. I need help in coming up with some ideas for a rat pack themed dinner party. It will be mostly age 30 something couples that regularly get together once each month. My husband and I are huge Sinatra & Dean Martin fans and thought Italian food would work. Any ideas for cocktails, decorations, costumes, appetizers, games, etc. Would greatly be appreciated.
