My quinceanera is going to be in september 25,2004
I was also thinking of a blue color but iam not sure

Blue is pretty but if you want to be different don`t pick baby blue or sky blue cuz everyone gets those colors. Oh and don`t get pink either you should get something like maroon and beige or something.

I think you should go with Royal blue if you like blue. September should be a dark color, like royal blue, hunter green, or burgandy or even purple. Not a light color, those are usually for spring or early summer months.
