QUINCEANERA HELP A.S.A.P!!!!!!!!!!!

K well, i am the quince girl and i was wondering if i had to write a speach. What do i put in it?! do my damas have to write one too? what about other ppl at the party? my quinceanera is comin up really soon so plz help!!!!!!!!!!!
