Permision For A Beach Wedding

I am wanting to have a beach wedding here in san diego. I was wondering if you had to have permission for this. And if so how do i go about doing this? And is there anyway i can have my reception on the beach also?

I don`t know about getting permission, but, you want to make sure its in an area of the beach where there are not too many people wandering around. You would want to have it in a more remote area of the beach. Outdoor weddings can be tricky, especially since the weather can act up.
