Destin Area Beach Wedding

Help trying to plan a small 60 person beach wedding in the Deston area and Iive in New York - would love a brunch wedding on a Sunday and then a classy but casual brunch to follow -right there if possible - not in the sand (LOL)in a restaurant etc near where cermoney takes place - help!!! let`s not break the bank either - say between 4000 - 6000 total (ceremony on beach, food and drink)
