Most likely yes you do have to have a dance with your court of honor because usually that`s what they expect when they go to a quinceanera reception. Traditionally it`s a waltz but a lot of people have like merengue or modern so you can do whatever you want. If you wanna save time on perfecting it so much you can hire a choreographer and you and your court have to participate and pay attention as much as possible that`s if you wanna save about 2-4 months on rehersal (compared to your cousin).
