Essence Wedding Gown

Has anyone ever seen or heard of a designer called Essence based out of Australia? I can`t find any info on the web about them and one of the dresses that I love is made by them. Thanks!

Try The Weddingland on Indiana Blvd., in Riverside, California. I just purchased my wedding dress by Essence there. They have lots to choose from. They are the most gorgeous dresses I have ever seen. They bend over backwards to help you. You`ll love it.

My daughter has interest in the Essence Bridal Collection but like your message stated, it is hard to find info (web site, pictures, vendors, price range, etc.).

Have you had any luck?

Hi Girls,

I have found a beautiful dress by this designer. I am looking for an online site to buy them from because here in Ireland everything is so expensive and lots of other brides are buying from US/ overseas sites for a quarter of the Irish price. Any ideas where to look?

I`m also looking to find an discount avenue on an essense of australia dress. It seams people tend to confuse this line with the bonny essence...they are different. If anyone has any insight or leads i`d appreciate it!

I just ordered my essense of australia dress after long debate over paying a bit more than what i was budgeting for, but i`m so glad i did and can`t wait for the gown to arrive. I just love their styles, felt that they were well made for the price, and i like the fact they are a little hard to find (not the same dress you see in every shop:). I was hoping to find a discount avenue, but the designer is relatively new to the US so I found most of the better sources don`t yet work with Essense. I purchased my gown at a trunk show, and they offered a discount if you purchased that day. There are some bridal shops that offer better pricing than others, so i think it pays to visit a couple shops to get your best price (and of course service). I bought mine at a shop in huntington beach, ca (castle of brides)...but a shop in palos verdes also has good pricing as well (palos verdes bridal)...so if any of you are so cal girls, i suggest you check them out. Best of luck to you all!

Hi I chose an essence gown for my wedding last year and was delighted with it. You pay a litle bit more, but they are worth it. My gown lasted all day and night without looking creased or tired. I truly felt like a princess in a timeless creation, everyone commented on my gown. If you would like to see some photos please do not hesitate to contact me and I will e-mail some through to you

If you are looking for the Essense of Australia line look under "Essense" with an "s". I also looked at Wedding Land, but they are such a rip off and basically dishonest. They don`t put the prices on their dresses and priced it higher than a dress that i knew had to cost more (nicer material, more beading, etc) because i expressed interest in it. Go to angelic bride at tri cities mall in redlands. They also carry the line, and the same dress cost almost $400 less, plus i got a 10% discount because i bought it during a trunk show. Hope this helps you guys out.

I just ordered my wedding gown from Essense because I love their styles and they are so comfortable too. I can`t wait for it to arrive. If you live in so-Cal I recommend Angelic Bride in Redlands because they offer 10% off if you need to order an Essense gown. I also got an extra 5% off because if was a sale. I also went to The Wedding Land in Riverside but they charged $400 more for the same dress, however they were really nice and knowleagable about what dresses to pick for you. My dress was also last years design so if you ask for older catalogs you might find them cheaper too. Hope this helps!

I wore my essense wedding gown on my 10.17.04 wedding and absolutely loved it...i didn`t want to take it off! so sad that after all the planning and debate over which dress, you only get to wear it for 5 hours or so. I felt like an absolute princess, and felt so comfortable in the dress. Their dresses are very flattering, and i felt skinny in my dress which was one of my goals:) i received tons of compliments, although who doesn`t look amazing on their wedding day, but i truly felt a beautiful bride. I`m going to be listing the dress for sale on ebay (style D220, size 12), if anyone is interested i can send you a photo. I encourage anyone considering a dress from this designer to go for it. The dresses are made very, very well for the price and the cuts are incredibly flattering. Plus the fabrics are gorgeous. Best of luck.

Sheri,
I am VERY interested in your dress that you are placing on Ebay. I have had my eye on that same dress, since I stumbled across the designer on theknot.com. I would definitely be interested in purchasing it from you through ebay or whatever means. I agree... Those gowns are just absolutely georgeous! Let me know! Thanks!

Hi tara. Email me at sherimcl@yahoo.com if you`re still interested. I`ve been so busy after the wedding with the holidays and such, i haven`t had a chance to actually list my dress on ebay...so i still have it. I can email you photos and give you more details.
