What order do you cut the cake, toss the bouquet and carter, first dance, best man toast etc.

The order of your reception is completely up to you. Traditionally, the order of the reception is as follows:

Announcements
Dinner
Toasts
Cake Cutting
Dances
Garter/Bouquet Toss

Of course this varies by location and tradition.

Supper
Cocktails
Toasts
First dance
Garter toss/bouquet toss
Cut cake
Serve midnight lunch...
