Is Pink Too Girly?

What you could do is offset the pink with another color such as Burgundy or Silver. We did this in our Wedding since we were using Lavendar.

Pink, as in baby girl/bubble gum pink all over might be too girly...but if you mixed it with darker shades of pink and maybe white it would be gorgeous. For flowers look into gerbera daisies. They come in several shades of pink and when put together in a bouquet they are really great.

My wedding colors were pink and purple and we had a best man and a groomsman and the best man worse a purple shirt and the groomsman worse a pink shirt both with black pants (no tuxes - casual outdoor wedding) and it looked great. The guys didn`t complain because we had accenting ties (black background with just subtle colors in it). They looked great.

It depends on what shades and how you use them.

I am getting married in March 2004. And I love pink too but, most men don`t do to well when you tell them they are wearing pink. So my colors are purple...dark purple like eggplant is the color of the bridesmaids dress and light pink. The flower girls are wearing the light pink. All the guys are wearing black tuxes with dark purple vests and their boutineers are going to be a soft pink rose. My flowers are going to be a soft pink also. Thats how I cloose to incorporate pink without the men having a fit... :)

Remember Trista and Ryan`s wedding....there was lots of PINK,,, but they incorporated diffrent colors in there...and it wasn`t soo bad. I guess it was the right color of pink.

Pink would not be my choice.

Lavender would be better.

If my FH would have agreed I would have chosen pink for one of my wedding colors.
It really depends on what the two of you can agree on, also take into consideration the groomsment.
Suggestion:
Bridesmaids: Your shade of Pink
Groomsmen: REg black and white tux

What about blush instead of pink?

Blush would be like a very pale, pale shade of pink.
