Bad Boston Videography

Do NOT use Masterpiece Video (aka Boston Bride) wedding videography!
Here`s what happened:
*Our `Through the Years` DVD did not work, and therefore did not play during cocktail hour
*They missed delivery deadline for Christmas; it is almost Valentine`s day and still no word
*They `misplaced` the introduction to our wedding video
*Throughout all of this, they have refused to take responsibility for anything
