Good Morning

Thank you for the insite. I am going to try the 1500 calories and I will drink, drink, drink. I have been walking 1/2 each morning at 5:00 a.m. It helps get the blood moving. But I wasn`t losing much weight. I Love sweet things. Darn. I will have to sacrifice.
