CYO Begins @ Alconbury

We are just beginning a CYO group here in England, and it has been rather difficult getting support from our chapel , since we are in direct competition with the ecumenical youth group called Fire and Ice. Could anyone give me any ideas on how to get the young adults motivated to take off with this youth group. I have put it to prayer many times and have many supportive parents from this group. It is a small group of 8-10 teens. But I care about their spritual nurturing continuining after Confirmation, which they received last May. Can anyone help ? Thanks, also prayers are welcomed as well.
