I am from Kelowna, but getting married in Edmonton as I moved here 3 yrs ago. They have just opened a new Michael`s store there that has a tonne of wedding supplies relatively inexpensive. They don`t have a big selection of wedding supply stores there, so maybe a trip to Vancouver would be worth your while. Good luck in the planning!
