Food?????

Hey i need helpwit the food. I dont know what to serve or whether to get waiters or just make a buffet but still what would you serve?

Bbq or gravy meatballs,sandwiches,fruit and veggie trays ,bbq lil smokies,gumbo,jambalaya.any food you get into. Hope this is helpful.
