San Diego Beach Wedding

My daughter is determined to be married barefoot in the sand or at least overlooking the beach this summer. Going nuts with details and where to begin with such short notice and a limited budget. 150 guests, looking for a public venue or reasonable yet beautiful site, do you have the reception on the beach also, what about parking, changing, dancing......aaaaaarrrrgggg!!!!! PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!
