First Timer

Hi, I`am a first timer at this my little girl will be 13 next month and I heard that you should start preping for the sweet 15 2 years ahead of time so what I need to know is where do I start please do help thanx

MOST GURLS (LIKE ME) WAIT A YEAR BEFORE THEIR QUINCEANERAS AND DATS OK , BUT DA SOONER YOU START PLANNING DA BETTER.
