Who Am I Supposed To Tip?
I am trying to stick to a tight wedding budget, and I don`t know what the etiquette is around tipping. I will be giving an 18% gratuity to the waitstaff & bartenders, and that is clearly standard, but do I also need to tip the photographer, videgrapher, D.J., ceremony musicians, and/or minister? If so, how much do I tip each of them, and at what percent? Tnanks for your help!

You only tip people that are not owners of the business. For instance if you use John Davis photography and Mr. John Davis himself photographs your wedding you do not tip him. However if Mr. Davis brings and assistant you would tip the assistant. Now if Mr. Davis goes up and beyond the call of duty for a photographer than yes I would tip him as a Thank You.
Now as far as how much I don`t know. I would not tip 15-20% like wait staff. So maybe giving them a $20 or so enough to cover there gas.
Now I have read that you are suppose to tip delivery guys (chair rental company, flowers, cake deliverer) $10-$15 each.

Actually, you should tip the DJ, each musician, the delivery people for anciallary rentals, and the pastor (if you`re married in a lutheran church -- other religions do it differently in regards to payment). You do not tip the photographer, florist, or the wait staff if the reception site`s contract included gratiuity (most do). Also, be sure to tip your hair stylist, your manicurist/pedicurist.

My advice is to tip the people who go beyond their job description for you a little more and those who squeek a little less.
