Pretty Semi-Victorian Wedding On Small Budget

Hi all!!! My wedding is planned for Oct. Of 2005...quite a while, but a nice long planning time! Anyway...I`ve found my dress (BEAUTIGUL!!) for $509. Now I`m researching different things (decorations, favors, bridesmaids dresses, etc..) so I know what I want when it is time to choose. Here is my question:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to plan a semi-victorian wedding on a budget of $4000 or less? I`m near Columbus, OH. I have my site picked out. But what to do about decorations, dresses, etc???
