I am getting married in two years, but I know I will look great because 2 and a half years ago I lost 75lbs and I have been able to keep off every pound of it. My best advice to anyone who is trying to lose weight. DO not have a goal. If you say you want to lose so and so weight by your wedding than as soon as your wedding is over you will not care anymore and will just put it back on. You must lose weight because you want it off for life. The best way to lose weight is just to eat healthy meals like chicken, rice, salads, sandwiches, vegetables etc, and do it in moderation...meaning not eating until you are full. Drink plenty of water and exercise exercise exercise. Once you`ve lost the weight the weight you wanted to lose you can pretty much eat anything and not gain weight as long as you exercise regularly. Exercise is key, more than eating. I can not wait to try on wedding gowns now that I will actually look good in them.

I have been on diets my whole life. I had originally lost thirty pounds the hard way....exercise, exercise, exercise. About a year ago, I decided to lose more. I have kept the 15 pounds off for a year. It only took three weeks to do. You have to have will power. The diet is called "Fat Flush" It is a book, I losely followed it from a magazine article. Go to Barnes and Noble and skim through it. I stand behind it 100%.
