Ready-To-Wear Wedding Dress

Hi, I live in NYC, am getting married in a month, and I had no idea that you couldn`t just walk into a bridal store, buy a dress, and that`s it! Does anyone know of any other stores that carry ready-to-wear bridal or bridesmaids gowns, other than avid`s, in NYC?

If you are really in need of a dress, just buy them off the rack. They`ll sell you the ones they have in store...if you don`t mind that it`s not brand new out of the box...of course...the price is the same as a new one.
