Georgia Wedding Under $1,000

We`ve both been married before, so this time around we want a simple, casual wedding with our closest friends and family members (about 70 guests). Where in metro Atlanta can I have both ceremony AND reception for under $1,000?

Is that just for the site or are you wanting to include food and everything for that price.

Yes, I would like for that to include as much as possible. Site, food, and decor. We still have to purchase things like rings, my dress, party favors, bridesmaid`s & groomsmen gifts, honeymoon, etc, etc... Honestly, $1,000 for site, food & decor is really stretching our budget. I`d prefer it to be closer to $700. ($10 per person) Am I asking for the impossible?
We checked out Red Top Mountain & thought it was absolutely perfect! But when I called to reserve- they were completely booked up.

There is a place in Jonosboro called the Shamrock house. You can have your own caterer and they provide chairs and tables, full kitchen and I think that they were under $600 until 11pm. Email me for the site information if you are interested. Thevarietystore1@yahoo.com

Thank you so much for your info on the shamrock house! It was very helpful, and you were right... It was only $400 to rent the facility! There`s also a place in the same city called the beach. Much nicer and only $500! However, we`ve actually decided to move the wedding back to sept. So now we can have it where we wanted in the first place- Red Top Mtn. Only $150 for the entire day! Now that`s a deal that can`t be beat! Thank you for your help everyone!!
