Beach Weddings

Both my fiance` and I have decided to marry on a beach most likley Tahiti. Now the BIG questions are coming in. I live in Canada and he lives in England will the ceremony offical in both places if we have a Tahitian wedding. And is there any cheap packages including the room and ceremony all the one`s I read are well to go to be true. Help please someone
