The good thing about this type of product, they are not hard to make. There are dozens of places online that offer this service, and they may be able to work out a deal with you since you will be buying in bulk. I saw a few companies that wrap the apples for free in a gold-embossed box and even some other very elegant wrapping ideas. If I can be of further assistance, just let me know.

A bright red apple the pieces of carmel and the pop stick with the receipe. If you want the receipe just purchases one at the store and see how it looks and is written. ITs an idea
