Hi, first of all decide what your budget allows. Make appointments and sit down with the photographer, and start asking questions, look at latest jobs that he has done, also ask who will be shooting your Wedding. Find out if he uses an assistant or works alone. Go over all details of the day, does he shoot digital, film, can you make b&w photos for your album? Look at what materials he uses for the albums. Compare prices, and compare all photographers work, again ask questions and decide who represents you better.

Also ask if your proofs can be viewed online ( if you care). Ours are online, which for us is great because my husbands family all live out of town, so everyone still gets to see them all...... Also ask what they will be wearing. Ours wore a tux so to blend in. You really don`t want some slob at your wedding! Where are you from? I would recommend our photographer! They are in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
