NW Indiana Baker - Out Of Business??

Is anyone familiar with Nancy`s Fancies in Griffith, IN? Well, apparently she has gone out of business. Or has she? Two phone numbers I have for her are disconnected, my dad went by the place and everything is cleared out and a FOR SALE sign in the window! This lady has my deposit and my wedding is in 4 months. What to do???

I`m slightly familiar with that bakery, and I had heard that it went out of business. I would talk to the police dept. Or a lawyer, especially since you have no way of getting a hold of her. Good luck!

A lawyer would cost more than the amount of the deposit. I would contact the Better Business Bureau and report her. They should be able to help you out in some way.
