Champagne Flutes

I am looking for over 100 champagne flutes, which I will decorate to make wedding favors. Does anyone know where I can get these in bulk at a very reasonable price? Also, if anyone has any tips on how to decorate so that they are simple yet classy, please let me know. Thanks in advance!!!
