Wedding In Turkey In Aug 2004

My mum is getting married in icmeler,turkey in Aug 2004 i wondered if anyone has got any advice? Is there flourists out there for tlower arrangements,any places that will make a wedding cake? Just thinking of the minor things that might be more difficult over there.
