NEED CHEAP CHAIRCOVER

I am getting marry July 2004 and I am looking for chair cover for 500 chairs. I have limited budget and I could only spend below $1.50. If someone could make a deal with me, I would be glad to recommed two other friends who are getting marry this summer and are in the market for chair cover.
