Final Color Picks

Allright guys! I need all you ladies to help me in some good decisions here. My fiance` and I are planning on having a late August wedding or Sept wedding and we are really trying to work out colors. There are some colors I saw on Davids Bridal site I like........cinnamon, plum, and wine which will be the main color for the wedding and bridesmaids. Then we were tryiing to pick out an accent color and came up with maybe champagne with those choices. What do you think??? Also, we were thinking about a fall theme, but can you still do that in those time frames in TENNESSEE kind of weather???
