The Rule Of 250
With all of the posts about bad customer service you girls are dealing with - read this!
It is called the rule of 250 people.
Basically, it is this. For every client you upset - they come into verbal contact with 250 people that day on average. If you tick them off enough, they will let that 250 people know what they think of your business in that day (at the very least they will talk to the 50 aquantances out of that 250).
If that 50-250 people were effected enough, they can tell, on average, 3 people in the course of the next two weeks.
That`s a lot of people that won`t like David`s Bridal. Or target. So on...
Most likely you won`t get to that entire 250 - unless you really try. Let the managers know about this rule. Tell them you will try. They will fix your problem.
They don`t mind losing one client? Let them know they could be losing 1000! Or more if you have as big of a mouth as me.
It sounds very aggressive, but it works. When you are planning a wedding there are too many people trying to take advantage of you. To be nice after they have been rude to you is just - well - to nice!

Right on! Businesses should be held accountable for their actions. On the other hand, if you get great service, be sure to let them know that you will recommend them to others! Then, you will be certain to get even better service!
Don`t settle for headaches, problems, and bad service. This is your magical time! Don`t be afraid to walk away!

Thank you for adding that. 9/10ths of my clients come from great reviews - letting a business know that you will be recommending them in the future is the biggest ego boost - EVER.
Thanks.
